When it comes to deciding on a forklift truck there are many factors to consider: initial capital cost; set up costs of fueling options; ongoing operational fuel costs; operational performance; carbon footprint; environmental performance.
LPG is the natural choice to meet all these needs with optimal efficiency.
The three alternative fuel choices are LPG, Electric and Diesel. Of these LPG is the cleanest burning with the lowest carbon footprint. It is versatile, able to be used both indoors and outdoors. It can power trucks to lift sensitive products and foodstuffs as well as heavy engineering products or construction materials, the only fuel to offer this range of use. It offers significantly less downtime, being both a quick and easy refueling system and no need for charging as with electric trucks. It is quiet with no soot and lead emissions making for a cleaner, more productive working environment.

Saving you CARBON…
LPG is the cleanest burning fossil fuel available off the national grid and indeed itself is a recycled product, being the otherwise flared byproduct of the oil production process. It’s carbon to hydrogen ratio and high heating value, make it an exceptional energy. In a competitive environment where carbon savings have an increasingly high profile the case for LPG is clear.

Fuel Relative CO2 per kWh % Difference to LPG
LPG 0.21 -
Diesel 0.28 +33%
Electric 0.52 +148%

If you currently use LPG cylinders for your forklift trucks, consider the potential savings that your own bulk filling facility on site would provide:
  • No cylinders required on site
  • No half full cylinders to return
  • No manual handling issues
  • Substantial cost savings from a bulk supply
The Process…
We would install our self-fill unit at your premises following a detailed site survey. We will return to train your staff in the safe filling of the truck until all are comfortable and confident with the installation. We monitor consumption and arrange deliveries accordingly. The safety of the unit will be monitored with each fill and we will maintain your tank.
We aim to take all the hassle out of your fuel supply and manage it on your behalf.
